We humans have a mind, and the mind has a conscious and an unconscious realm.
The unconscious realm is called the subconscious, and it is vastly larger than the conscious realm.
When you compare the two, they are as different as the world of black and white and the world of color.
When you find the subconscious, you feel as if the conscious realm were monochrome.
You may be able to touch a part of the subconscious when you look into your own mind or from the viewpoint of others.
But that is only a small part. The subconscious mind is multi-layered, mixed, and deep.
Compared to the real world, which is the conscious realm, the subconscious mind can be as beautiful as a dream, or sometimes mixed with darker colors.
If we can skillfully bring out such subconsciousness, we can be tinted with wonderful colors in a world that used to be monochrome.

「潜在意識」

私たち人間には心があり、心には意識的領域と無意識的領域があります。
無意識的領域を潜在意識と呼び、意識できるものに比べてとても膨大です。
そんな２つを見比べると、モノクロとカラーの世界くらい違います。
潜在意識を見つけてしまうと、意識的領域がモノクロだったかのように感じるのです。
自分の心の中を覗く、あるいは他者から見ると潜在意識の一端に触れることができるかもしれません。
しかしそれもほんの一部で、潜在意識は幾重にも重なり、混ざり、奥深いものです。
潜在意識は、意識的領域であるリアルな世界に比べて、夢のように綺麗だったり、時には暗い色も混ざっていたりします。
そのような潜在意識を上手に引き出せるようになれば、私たちはモノクロだった世界で、素敵な色に染まることができるのです。
